Who Should I Contact When I Get Stuck Or Need Some Help?

There’s a couple of stages with regard to “activating” your Accommodation Voucher AND “booking your hotel”.

The first stage is the redemption process which is all done on the website… choosemylocation.com.

If you are having an issue with entering in your booking code, not receiving the activation email or perhaps you have entered in wrong personal details then please fill out a support request at choosemylocation.com/support

The second stage regarding actually booking your holiday is all done on the website… redeemvacations.com.

If you are having an issue with paying the taxes & booking fee, not receiving confirmation emails, logging onto redeemvacations.com, booking your holiday or confirming your hotel booking…….you need to fill out a support request at redeemvacations.com/contact-us

I have not received my activation email... What do I do?

If it has been more than 24 hours and you haven’t received your activation email there are 2 things you need to do. 

First please check to make sure that the email has not been picked up by a mailbox filter and put in your junk mail, spam folder or promotions tab. 

If you still can’t find it please go to choosemylocation.com/support and fill out a support request. You must provide us with the email you submitted your form with and the booking code you were given.

We will try to get you a new activation email as soon as possible. 

I'm having an issue paying my booking fees?

If you are having an issue with paying your booking fees then it is best to talk directly to redeemvacations.com as they are the travel booking company directly involved in helping you with booking your holiday. 

Please go to redeemvacations.com/contact-us to log a support request.

If in the unlikely event that you do not hear back from Redeem Vacations for 2 business days –

please also lodge your issue with choosemylocation.com/support and we will escalate your support request to Redeem Vacation management.

We can only escalate your support request as long as you have tried to rectify the issue with Redeem Vacations directly first. 

I'm having an issue booking my holiday?

If you are having an issue booking your holiday please talk directly to redeemvacations.com as they are the travel booking company directly involved in helping you with booking your holiday.
